Shipping Policy

Beads by Bav uses USPS Ground shipping for a flat rate of $5.00. Orders over $50 ship FREE! Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of placing your order. You will receive a tracking number to your email as soon as your order has shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our customized and personalized products, we do not accept any returns and/or exchanges. Please keep in mind there may be some variations in each product as they are made by hand.

If you have any changes to your order, please email beadsbybav@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Any emails received after the 24 hour period are not guaranteed to be changed.
